Plasmachemical reactor DCSBD with a linear shift
Plasmachemical reactor is used for the plane material treatment in different gases at atmospheric pressure. The sample is attached to the moving cart operated by a linear shift. After the initial discharge of the ceramic electrode's surface the sample is driven to the plasma contact zone.
