The dynamic light scattering (Zetasizer Nano ZS, Malvern, UK) method provides analysis of size distribution and zeta-potential of colloid systems. The instrument enables to acquire size of nanoparticles, their zeta-potential characteristics or their molecular weight in the range from 980 Da to 2·10⁷ Da. The samples can be measured in the temperature range from 2 to 90 °C. Typical samples are metal nanoparticles, colloid dispersions, micellar samples or proteins.
