Single Crystal X-ray Diffraction

Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis is a non-destructive analytical technique which provides information about the crystal structure of the studied single-crystallites. The method is based on interference of the X-rays and electrons in the atoms of the crystal lattice under condition of a periodic arrangement of the atoms.
