Česká společnost chemická udělila Karlu Lemrovi za práci v oboru analytická chemie Hanušovu medaili (http://www.csch.cz/o-spolecnosti/oceneni/hanusova-medaile/). Jedná se o nejvyšší vyznamenání této společnosti za zásluhy o rozvoj chemie.

Profesor Pavel Hobza je teprve druhým českým vědcem, jenž obdržel Schrödingerovu medaili. Každoročně ji uděluje Světová asociace teoretických a výpočetních chemiků (WATOC) jednomu vynikajícímu teoretickému a výpočetnímu chemikovi.

Úspěchem v největší tuzemské vědecké soutěži doktorandů, kterou organizuje Velvyslanectví Francie v České republice se mohou pochlubit dvě mladé vědkyně RCPTM - Kateřina Holá (druhé místo v soutěži o Cenu Jean-Marie Lehna) a Markéta Paloncýová (třetí místo v soutěži o Cenu Josepha Fouriera).
