Experiment ATLAS-CERN

The ATLAS experiment at the European laboratory for particle physics CERN has presented first results from the new high-energy frontier of the LHC accelerator of the total proton-proton collision energy of 13 TeV at a recent EPS conference in Vienna, like the measurement of heavy top quark production cross-section at the new energy.
Physicists and students at RCPTM take part in these measurements and work at current data as well as prepare to the new run of the upgraded accelerator.
