The results of the study entitled „Effects of Anthocyanidins and Anthocyanins on the Expression and Catalytic Activities of CYP2A6, CYP2B6, CYP2C9, and CYP3A4 in Primary Human Hepatocytes and Human Liver Microsomes.“, which was performed at the Department of Cell Biology and Genetics, were published in a prestigious international journal Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry (1st Multidisciplinary; IF2012 = 2.906). The effects of polyphenolics from group of anthocyanins and anthocyanidins on catalytic activities and gene expression of drug- and xenobiotic-metabolizing enzymes were studied. The techniques of RT-PCR and western blots were used, and the investigations were performed in human cancer cell lines and in primary cultures of human hepatocytes.
Výsledky studie provedené na Katedře buněčné biologie a genetiky s názvem „Effects of Anthocyanidins and Anthocyanins on the Expression and Catalytic Activities of CYP2A6, CYP2B6, CYP2C9, and CYP3A4 in Primary Human Hepatocytes and Human Liver Microsomes.“ byly publikovány v prestižním časopise Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry (1. v kategorii Agriculture, Multidisciplinary; IF2012 = 2,906). Byly testovány účinky polyfenolických látek ze skupiny anthocyaninů a anthocyanidinů na aktivitu a expresi enzymů, metabolizujících léčiva a cizorodé látky. Využity byly techniky RT-PCR, western blotu a in vitro systémy nádorových buněčných linií a primárních kultur lidských hepatocytů.
