Our article Modelling of graphene functionalization was one of the 50 most downloaded articles in journal Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics in 2016.

Potřetí v řadě figuruje Pavel Hobza v seznamu Thomson Reuters List of Highly Cited Researchers. V seznamu se nachází i dva zahraniční vědci působící v RCPTM - Patrik Schmuki a Rajender S. Varma.

Pavel Hobza získal Schrödingerovu medaili za rok 2017. Je teprve druhým českým vědcem, jenž toto ocenění obdržel.

Cenu TAČR 2016 v kategorii originalita řešení vyhrál projekt "Moderní multivrstvé optické systémy" Společný projekt RCPTM, FÚ AV ČR a firmy Meopta.

AVČR: Čestná oborová medaile Jaroslava Heyrovského za zásluhy v chemických vědách pro Pavla Hobzu.

Ředitel RCPTM Prof. Radek Zbořil, Ph.D. a jeho zástupce Prof. Michal Otyepka, Ph.D. byli mezi 70 laureáty, které Univerzita Palackého ocenila u příležitosti Absolventské setkání 2016.

Prof. Pavel Hobza obdržel Cenu města Olomouce za rok 2015 v oblasti věda a výzkum. Loni tuto cenu obdržel Prof. Radek Zbořil, Ph.D.

Úspěchem v největší tuzemské vědecké soutěži doktorandů, kterou organizuje Velvyslanectví Francie v České republice se mohou pochlubit dvě mladé vědkyně RCPTM - Kateřina Holá (druhé místo v soutěži o Cenu Jean-Marie Lehna) a Markéta Paloncýová (třetí místo v soutěži o Cenu Josepha Fouriera).

ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering, vol. 4, iss. 3, 2016 marks the journal’s inaugural Festschrift, which honors Professor Rajender S. Varma.

Prof. Pavel Hobza je opět mezi nejcitovanějšími vědci světa. Již podruhé se v oboru chemie dostal mezi jedno procento nejcitovanějších vědců světa (Highly Cited Researchers 2015 - http://highlycited.com/)

Prof. Michal Otyepka dosáhl až na prestižní grant Evropské výzkumné rady (ERC) v hodnotě 1,8 milionu eur.
